Bern’s old town can be reached by tram (50 m away) in 8 minutes, and Bern’s local mountain, the Gurten, and the Aare river are just a few minutes‘ walk away. A parking space is included.
City loft
The bright city loft was built in 2024 and offers a wonderful view of Bern’s old town. At the entrance is the large open kitchen and dining room (26 m²) with large windows facing the city of Bern and the Aare river, as well as the large semi-covered terrace (25 m²). The living room (38 m²) is located in the southern part and the open-plan bedroom (32 m²) with integrated bathroom (double washbasin, WC and large shower) is located at the rear. A parking space is included in the rent. The flat is wonderfully bright and sunny and comfortably accommodates 4 people (1 large double bed (2.1 x 2.1 m) and 1 high-quality sofa bed (1.6 x 2 m)), a large dining table for up to 8 people and an open, bright kitchen with a view of the old town. The flat also has a large covered terrace (25 m²) and a second balcony (approx. 4 m²).
